Title: Loetz or Pallme-Konig or...?

Hi all,
I saw this being confidently sold as Loetz or Pallme-Konig (... already the doubt is sown). It's frosted glass and the trailing is very bright - different, in other words, from L or PK glass I've seen so far. Does anyone have thoughts?

Not PK or Loetz. and likely not even old glass. My guess would be contemporary. I am not sure "where" from, but pretty sure of "when" from.....
