Hello everybody,
here is an ashtray with 3 flowers and a twisted glass ribbon with spiral ends.
The phenomenon is, there are about 7 paperweights around (USA, Germany, France...) with the same technique
of making. This ashtray is the FIRST object within one year- a parallel search is running in the pwt section under
"Lily of the valley- unidentified" - thanks to all who contributed there!
The glass (of the paperweights) has a SG of roughly 2,7 and UV of shady pink, a bit like antique French.
Age and place of making unknown/speculative........
Please tell me about objects (wine glasses? bottles? vases?...) with those features from your collection!
I apologize for the picture, have written permit to publish it for research!
kind regards, E.

much easier to see pictures :)
I hope someone recognises the applied rim perhaps?
I like the blue and red flowers in this. Perhaps someone will place the flowers and that might help.
Also you might add a pic of the paperweight to this thread as well :)
