Title: Vintage Murano Chandelier?

Can anyone tell me if this Chandelier is vintage murano glass. It looks Italian to me and some parts look Murano but others don't. Plz. Help if you can tell me what you think of this piece. Thanks so much. Japan

The piece looks like cut glass right?
or is the decoration etched?
