Title: Finely trailed clear vase ?Czech

Dear list,
I am hoping someone will be able to tell me a little more about this very finely trailed clear glass vase about 16cm tall with a 6cm clear base and polished pontil mark.
In hope, as my last few seem to have stumped one and all.

It's Victorian and probably English. This machine threading seems to less common in Europe.

Thank you, Christine, I had wondered how the trailing had been applied so evenly and finely so you answered that one.
Any idea as to manufacturer?

Sorry i might be talking rubbish  ;) I had wavy top comport with cranberry trailing iD as S&W, it was just a guess really!!
