Hi all,
Can someone help me please as i have had no luck finding out about this piece myself :'(
Vase is 20cms tall x 9cms across opening x 8cms to the foot.
Has 6 seam lines to the foot, afew tiny air bubbles, quite heavy & has that old feel to it.
It has driven me crazy trying to find it,mainly because i just dont know what to look for.
To me it has an Art Nouveau look about it ?
As it has been quite sometime between posting photo's i am doing 1 & will then add more if it works, fingers crossed TIA kat

This is a Sowerby vase and it had the number 2624. The 2624 vase was part of Sowerby’s TYNESYDE glass range which was first introduced in the late 1920s by Adam Dodds Snr. Going by numbers (Sowerby used consecutive numbering) I believe the 2624 vase was first made in the mid 1930s. It appeared in several subsequent Sowerby catalogues through to the 1950s. As you can see by the catalogue illustration, the 2624 vase was made in flint, amber, blue and green. However, I know that it was also made in marigold Carnival (rare examples are known).
