Title: Loetz texas or similar copy ID = Kralik "Gloria" design

hello all.
ive been trawling usual suspects but can only find loetz texas as a similar piece but all the loetz ive ever owned was finished much better than this piece............the base isnt ground as per and there are spaces between the two colours......
can anyone help.........
