Title: Scandi Glass Mug --Ingrid B?

A recent charity shop purchase but I stumped by the designer and manufacturer. 9cms tall and loads of bubbles on the off side. Can anyone help? Kind regards.

further to this post it has impressed decoration and an impressed signature, which is very difficult to read and photo. What I can make out is Ingrid Be....  Hope this helps somewhat.
