Title: Hem Czech vase

Found this one recently, looks like it could be collectable but can't find many examples on-line.

Anyone know of a good reference for this maker or designer? or any other info on it that you are aware of?

All comments I will be grateful for.

Sorry - forgot to mention. The reverse has the signature: HEM

As far as I know, no further information on the maker of these however
apparently made in Czechoslovakia if the marked one is anything to go by.
