Hi James, and welcome to GMB.

This is of a style made in Belgium / Alsace / probably other European countries from late Victorian time until the mid 20th century.  The clarity of the glass and bright colours suggest to me it is newer rather than older.

Thanks guys. I knew I could rely on someone here to ID them.

I'll start some research now I have some excellent leads.
