For those that are not members of the Paperweight Collectors Circle so haven't seen the latest newsletter in which it was featured I thought I'd post this here.
I acquired this pedestal weight and at the last PCC meeting Kev H kindly confirmed my thoughts that it was by Salvador Ysart and was only the second known of this design.
