Title: Vase with engraved penguins

Hi - I have a pale blue glass vase about 9 inches high, with a bubble in the base and three engraved penguins. Can anyone identify the maker please?

Hello HattieW,  welcome to the board.... we will all try to help but will need a photo of the vase, showing the penguins,  the base of the vase,  the top rim and a full shot of it.
