This is a Strathearn 10-spoke weight in a 1-2-2 design.

I should have also added that it would be categorised as a P7, P8,or P9 millefiori depending on the diameter.
P7 Large) - 2.7" to over 3"
P8 (small/medium) - 2.2" to just under 2.7"
P9 (miniature) - 1.3 to <2.0"

I learned so much about Strathearn paperweights from Richard More and his website is a must for reference.

I was pretty sure it was Strathearn but I'm still a bit unsure about identifying the type of Strathearn.
