Title: Kaj Franck Style Nuutajarvi or Riihimaki Vase (I Think)

I cannot find this piece anywhere on the internet.  Style screams out to me Finnish.  The glass is really, really thick and heavy.  Measures 6 5/8" (17 cm) tall.  Any information would be appreciated.
