Very in the dark regarding this unusual piece i bought
Can you please help I.D maker, dates made, origin and even any info or value on the piece

Stands around 5/6 inches tall

Base finish suggests a modern decorator piece rather than an artist made or well known factory item.

Just re looking at this one - on the base, is the pontil mark ground out i.e. a round indentation in the middle of the base?
It looks to me as though the pontil mark has been ground out and then the base has been ground flat as well?
I think this might be a contemporary (ish) studio glass piece. But I would normally expect them to be signed if more recent (ish).
Have you checked the base and held it up to the light to see if there is the faintest signature on it perhaps?
It's pretty. The colour combination isn't for me, but I like the way the colour has been been laid on. Very nice vase.

I just came from TKMaxx where I handled something very very similar. Same type of bottom treatment, and a tiny little made in China sticker. Not saying it is, but chances are high.
