Can I have some help with this weight please.

I'm thinking Chinese but can't confirm.

Your peacock is not standing on it's head, but it's tail (at least on the first image)  ;).

Yes - Chinese - and comes in several other colours, like green, red, and yellow as well.

And these were available in the early 1990s in almost all "antiques malls" that I visited!
