Hi:  We've had this unsigned glass powder/jewelry jar for some time and would greatly appreciate any info that we might receive about it.

Hi and welcome to the board!

I don't know much about this type of glass, but have a small vase with a similar finish in my collection.

Possible makers mentioned there are Harrach and Poschinger...

Thanks so much for the welcome and the info Michael!  The info you linked was much more than expected.  My wife's suspicion was that the enamel was too amateurish for the glass and applied at some later date but apparently not.
