Title: Is this a piece of whitefriars glass?

This has been bugging me for years, it's hand blown with a partial flame pontil and heavy wear to the base, very heavy with a hand cut palm tree into both sides of the glass, 4 1/2 inches in height, 3 1/4 inches across the rim 2 3/4 inches across the base, i'm pretty sure it's 60's in date, thanks Chris.

Thanks Chris, i have the feeling this will remain a mystery, i'm about to post another two dishes i think are Whitefriars, i'll do them both in the same post perhaps you can help?
