Title: Cut Glass id

Hi all,the cutting on this small dish seems sharp and it rings for ages,i think it maybe comparatively recent and is it just me or does the decoration look African art influenced,apart from the tiny cut stars,any thoughts many thanks.

Probably not going to help,but i think the rim maybe folded on this one and just to add the lines are not wavy as in the photo :)
