Title: Early piece of Caithness glass ?

Hello there, here is another one of recent acquisitions i'm thinking it's a very early piece of Caithness glass but i can't find another any help verifying either way would be great, it's 5 3/4 inches in height 3 inches by 2 1/4 inches across the rim lots of age wear to the base, regards Chris

I think it is a candlestick and would be from the Oban range. Oban dates from around 1968 and was very popular through the 1970s.
