Title: Opaline Vase
Post by: ginfor on May 14, 2006, 12:59:24 AM
This vase is a transparent opaline, fairly thin and light.  It also has numerous seed bubbles.  It's more elegant than Mexican or most generic (and misnamed) Bristol glass.  I would guess Bohemian as a semi-generic orgin, but there's no particular reason behind that.  Unfortunately, I don't really expect to figure out much on this one, but I'm hoping.  It definitely has age.
