Three clear pressed glass dishes, all bearing registered design number 64088 (registered to Scotney & Earnshaw, London on 22 December 1886).

According to
http://glasscottage.net/pressed-amberina/
“Scotney and Earnshaw were listed in the ‘Pottery Gazette Diary’ under “Agents for Foreign Manufacturers” from 1884 to 1901, and specialised in the wholesale distribution of ‘American Tumblers’.

They …registered design number 64088 on December 22 1886, 64088 being the “Daisy and Diamond Pattern” [for the decoration of Glassware], and many pieces of pressed glass in this pattern have been found bearing Scotnney and Earnshaw’s registration number, and since Scotney and Earnshaw were not manufacturers… we did find a link between them and Hobbs, Brockunier & Company of Wheeling, West Virginia, who seem to have made articles in this pattern for export.”

A ringholder in the same pattern has been shown on the GMB at http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,53117.msg301810.html#msg301810

Now another shape in the pattern - a glass novelty shoe with the Rd No 64088 embossed inside.

It is in clear glass with a finely stippled / frosted effect bow. It measures approximately 15cms long x 4¼ cms wide x 6½  cms high, and weighs 202 grams.
