Title: ID Help please Murano? leaf shaped dish, gold inclusions

Any ID thoughts please on this dish 19.5 cms long. I am guessing possibly Murano  but wondering if anybody can narrow down maker please. Great looking turquoise colour with what I believe are gold inclusions and white underside. All suggestions much appreciated John

Could be by the yet unidentified maker "... Vetro artistico Veneziano ..." >>

The inclusions are not gold but aventurine.
