Title: Orrefors vase - Vicke Lindstrand?

Here is a large vase - Orrefors signed 167/2 and LU or LH - is that for Lindstrand?

Yes, L is for Lindstrand.

it's signed LU, it means that it was factory ready and no extra work was added such cutting.....
