Title: Wide goblet with pink bowl & thin clear stem & foot
Post by: brucebanner on January 18, 2014, 03:14:54 PM
Here is another glass i'm unsure about it has a lovely ring to is and a polished pontil, it has a thin Powell looking stem to it. It's 3 1/4 inches across the rim 4 1/2 inches in height and 2 3/4 inches across the base.

Pretty thing, Chris, but I can't help with id.
I just wanted to ask you if you would pretty please try to make your titles a bit more descriptive of the item in the thread you are starting?
It's not easy for other members to find a thread with a title of, for example "glass for id" several months after it has been posted, if somebody does find an answer at a later date.  :)

That's much better, thanks, Chris.  ;D
Sometimes it can take years for an id to come up.
There are a lot of us who don't forget what  bit if unidentified glass looks like and if we encounter it somewhere, with an id, can come back and pass the discovery on, but only if we can track down the original thread.

I think we may need a moderator to fix the title.
You can alter things in a post for the first hour after posting, after that, we need somebody with the right pokey stick behind the scenes to do it for us. ;D

Don't worry Chris - it's not the end of the world!
