Title: Carnival Glass ID, please? ID = Brockwitz, "Headdress"

I do try to identify my glass without bothering you experts unnecessarily but I'm struggling with this one. It's probably very common which makes me cross with myself but since I would usually try to identify on line by motif I don't know which category this one comes into! I would appreciate some help. It's a large ruffled bowl, a foot at its widest by ten inches at the shorter part of the diameter.

Thank you, I think Brockwitz, then, German. I live in the UK so likely. I appreciate your sharing your expertise. I would never have thought Brockwitz.
