Unusual Ice Like Bottle i.d

A cute little bottle, heavy for size, about 14cm tall, has a rough ice like texture to it, any ideas? Thanks in advance

It looks mould blown - could be of eastern origin, otherwise it looks a bit like Davidson's Lunar, it's not but looks like it.
