Title: Trinket set with parallelogram pieces, and stacked-triangular finial as pot lids
Post by: agincourt17 on January 29, 2014, 10:26:10 PM
A clear pressed glass (possibly crystal) trinket set comprising a tray, a perfume bottle, ringholder, and three lidded pots (one large and a pair of small). All the pieces are parallelograms in shape and are decorated with a geometric triple pattern of semicircular sunburst, diamond border, and reeded strips or panels The lidded pots have handles or finials made up of three triangles of progressively reducing size stacked atop each other.

They look very ‘Czech’ to me, but I can’t find a match anywhere. Any suggestions, comments or attributions gratefully received.

Does anyone have photos of a set with candlesticks that may match, please?

Photos of a part set from another source showing the tray and two small lidded  pots (but here the small pots only have two triangles making up the lid finial), plus all three pots from this part set showing the large lidded pot finial still has three triangles - or perhaps there are three sizes of lidded pot?.
