Large Goblet Vase/Bowl Overshot? Ideas please

A large goblet vase/bowl, rings like a bell and goes on and on, barely touch it and it rings, the top rim is polished flat and bevelled, I think it is called overshot, quiet rough to touch, a vein like effect. It is completely hollow, and the overshot covers the outside wholly, there is no pontil, just a slight dip. Any ideas, the Boston & Sandwich Victorian glass looks most similar to me, but also some Kralik, measures 7" tall with 6 ½" rim on a 4" base, weight near 1kg.  Many thanks    Simon

Looks like crackle (ice glass) rather than overshot, which is glass granules fused to the surface.
The rim finish suggests possibly Continental rather than UK

But most crackle glass I have seen, feels relatively smooth on surface, this is quite rough to touch, even sharpish?

It depends on how much reheating was used, but this is definitely crackle
