Title: Help deciphering this paperweight signature, please.

Newb here, so please don't smack me around too much, (a little is okay.  :) ). My wild guess on this is Lowery's, but I could be way out in left field.

Possibly "Lowery's" of  http://loweryshotglass.com/ have not been able to compare signatures.

Does anyone here know more about Lowery's?

There are an awful lot of items in their website that look very much like modern Chinese items. But many appear to be somewhat better versions based on regular output from China over the past decade or so.

Are Lowery's a company that have their own brand items made in China and then sold through their own outlet?
