Title: Frosted glass Flowering Cactus Vase

Please does anyone have any ideas of the maker of this vase which has a pattern of a Flowering Cactus the vase is frosted but the raised pattern has the frosted polished away to highlight the pattern. It is approx 7 inches high top is 6 inches diameter  base is 3.5 inches diameter.

I have never seen one before though and can't find another one except in the catalogues
