Title: Unknown signed and dated scent bottle

Hi Guys, I have had the beautiful scent bottle of a while. Its 4 3/4" and the colours remind me a bit of early Mdina with sandy blues and greens . Its dated 1984 and is slightly iridescent, any idea who made it? TIA Wolfie
