Here is a little bit of glass that has me confused, when i picked it up i thought it was Victorian, the glass has lots of bits within it and the neck is similar to a few Victorian bits i have i think there called "celery" handles but i'm not 100% sure, then i found another bit both local to where i live with even more white and black seeds with the same style handles as the swans neck a real dirty piece of glass. The swan has only very slight wear to the tips of the feet and the vase ground down edges with a broken pontil,
The swan is 6 1/4 inches in height and the vase 6 1/2 inches in height.
No idea where these were made any idea's regards Chris.

Are the handles, feet etc. uranium glass?

I would hazard a guess at Venetian glass... there is an awful lot of detail in these pieces and the swan is very well made IMO.

No there not uranium glass but the base of both have a slight green luminescence when you shine a UV torch through them like Paul mentioned in a previous post, i'll put some more pictures of the bits and base of the vase.
