Title: Need help identifying maker of large signed vase please #1

bought these pieces at auction, hoping someone here would recognize style or signature.  First piece is in a wavy cobalt blue with dichroic inlays. stands 12 x 7 inches and signed Mounds? Murano? and 95 (year of make i presume) preceded by a first initial or symbol? thanks for looking.
