Title: Vintage Pink Murano in Gold Florentine Base

I just acquired this gorgeous pink Murano Art glass piece which rests in a gold Florentine metal base.  I have never seen a piece of Murano Art Glass with this rough "grainy" finish on the outside. It has it's original sticker which reads: "MURANO - MADE IN ITALY" - Can anyone help me identify what this technique is called, the approximate age of the piece and perhaps the artisan.  ???

I believe the label on your Murano bowl can be attributed to Fratelli Toso, for reference please see the below website for other examples:

In terms of the technique, I believe your bowl would fall under the category of overshot glass. Another example by Fratelli Toso in a different shape utilising this technique, can be seen below:
