Title: I.D. for deco looking white striped & clear footed vase : Whitefriars - Monart ?

Can anyone identify the maker of this vase please?

It is 16cm tall (just under 6.5 inches) and 12cm at its widest (4.5 inches).

You can rule out Whitefriars , for sure , jp

You can rule out Monart, though Monart did do a similar type of decoration.
