Title: Identification by hallmark description

I have a clear glass vase with the hallmark on the bottom.  It is a circle with FRANCE written following the curve of the circle at the bottom.  In the circle is a stemmed goblet or vessel, with a smaller circle and a "C" within the small circle.  The small circle is contained within the vessel or stemmed goblet.  What is this French glass manufacturer?

Probably Portieux - I think it should have whole name but you do not mention indistinct words?
