Hi, I am on the right track with this p/w just under 3 inches dia and 2 inches tall with a fire polished concave base early or late Strathern ?

Probably earlier, with the rough pontil mark.

The base is actually fire polished rather than rough ground. That type of finish often produced a "bubbly" or "rough" look. The weight (a regular production item) may have been made at any time from 1964 to 1980.
