Title: Fratelli Toso?

I'm pretty sure that it is, but it's always nice to have confirmation from the experts. It measures 3 inches in diameter, and 2 1/2 inches high. Flat base.

Hi.  I would agree - it looks like one of the many similar Fratelli Toso pieces that you can find around the malls, shops and stalls at fairs - and on eBay too, of course.
