Title: Please help me id small glass bowl-- vintage

I have a small two tone blue glass bowl that should be at least vintage--it is 7" x 3".  Please help identify.  I can see no identifing marks-- belonged to my mother-in-law who collected glass over many years.  Thank you!!

Northwood Glass I believe
