Title: Looking for ID help on Vase

 Hey All, Been lurking for awhile this will be my first post.
This came from an estate of an avid Glass collector. She Had Italian, Scandinavian, British, American that ive found. This one is one i havent. ???
 Any help with an ID or anything would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
