Title: ID help for Italian Hour Glass Vase

This is another piece from same. Stands 6 x 3 inches. Very heavy citrine base with blood red sommerso? Hoping someone here would recognize design. Thnx for looking.

Possibly Cenedese?

And I am sure I saw another one some time ago with a mark.
I have one as well, unmarked...
