Title: Help with ID of small pin dish, please.

This small pin dish has what appears to be latticino twists incorporated into the base. Is this a Murano dish or am I way off the mark? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

This might be Scottish!

Dishes with twist canes were (and still are, I guess) made in Scotland. Some were probably intended to be dishes and others were created when a paperweight went wrong but rather than being thrown away was flattened and turned into a dish.
