Title: Raos Promotional Apple for Blackmores 1996

I've no idea how this turned up in a Scottish charity/ thrift shop but happily for me it did. A promotional piece for "Blackmores Antioxidant Skin Care Complex." This is hollow - sort of has a core with faint wisps of a smoky white - but still weighs a substantial 423g. It measures 3 1/2ins tall and is 2 1/2ins at its widest. Signed "Raos 1996 New Zealand." I am guessing this is by Peter Raos. Maybe they are fairly common in their home country but I have been unable to find another image of one of these so thought I would put it here for reference.

I've seen (and have) Peter's apples before, but not a Blackmore's promotional one. I've sent him an email to ask about them - I'll report if he responds

Blackmore's make herbal products and sell vitamins, etc.

Thing is - the company logo on the glass apple looks awful like the Apple logo but without a bite out of it. No sign of that logo on Blackmores' site so maybe something happened around that
