I *think* it's Murano, but I'm Not sure..

Hi everyone new to the forum. Yes your bowl is Murano and I believe is designed by Fratelli Toso.

Fratelli Toso is likely, all the elements 'fit', spiraling canes, wavy rim and shell like form. Is the base polished flat?

The base is flat.
