I would think probably not  -  the combination of rim diameter and frilly design would rule it out - in my opinion.        But interesting looking piece  -  a vase of some sort perhaps?? :)

it makes me think of Czechoslovakia or Bohemia from the first quarter of the C20.

The colour is not a problem for a finger bowl/rinser  -  just as I say the design and diameter.     Pic attached of a few f.b's. and rinsers showing the variation in greens.

That's a nice collection Paul,it's closest to the rinser on the right colour wise,i know colours are tricky but is that a common Bohemian colour for that time?i can only think the lead content is high or the shape and thinness makes it keep ringing.your probably right about vase of some sort.

I would say it was a posy vase and probably English. Have you tried it under a UV light?

I think greens were fairly common right across Europe for a long time, so the colour on its own won't really tell us much.
I'd always thought of posy vases as being smallish things, but this is short, so no reason why not I guess.
