Title: Chinese, I presume?

I'm pretty sure this one is contemporary Chinese, but would welcome opinions from the experts. Measures 3 3/4 inches in diameter, and 2 1/2 inches high. Flat ground base, with irregular edges.

Yes, from the last 10 or 15 years.
