Curious who the maker of this weight is? Baccarat? Cliche?

Looks like a  Clichy chequer weight to me.

The amber concentric ring canes had me thinking Fratelli Toso.

Hi. I think 100% Clichy...but either a very poor example, or one that has been heavily repolished. I have seen lots of these, and they do not normally have canes that appear the be low down on the sides like on this one.
