Title: Art Deco (?) Frosted Footed Art Glass Vase

Hoping for help to ID this vase.  Uncertain of age, producer, country of origin.  Not even sure if it's properly classifiable as "Art Deco," but that's the closest association I can see.  Measures 8 1/4" (21 cm).  Thanks for your help.

A description of the glass, the rim, the foot and how it is finished is always helpful.  Along with the required clear photographs of the base of the item :)

Surely!  Obviously factory molded, not hand-blown piece. Frosted on the outside, like a "satinato" finish, smooth on inside and bottom.  No markings, of course.
