Title: $6.99 Thrift Store Find! Beautiful Glass Urn Vase - Murano Salviati?

Hi. Picked this up last night at the local thrift store for $6.99. Could this be Salviati? Never found something this pretty before in a thrift shop. Thanks for looking and for any help. Also, is the design called pulled loop?
