Title: Can anyone identify this horned "vase"?

My mother bought this piece in an auction in the 1960s (I think it was then) I don't know if it was old or new at that time. I would like to know its origin and a rough value (if any!).

Just a quick reply but you could try Chalet Glass Canada. Don't have time to look myself. Someone much more knowledgable will be along soon.

Thanks for the response Pete. I had a look at Chalet Glass Canada and I can see why you made the suggestion, but this piece seems less delicate and more opaque than those from Chalet.
